Overview
Our Wellness Plus is our most popular membership and is for people who have medical insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and DSHS patients. It offers primary care medicine with a wellness focus. With this plan your insurance is billed for your office visits and you are responsible for deductibles and copays.

What is Pacifica?
We are a Subscription Medical Practice Offering Personalized Medical Care to Meet Your Individual Health Goals.
Dr. Andrea Chymiy & Dr. Marie Matty have practiced primary, obstetric and urgent care medicine in the Kitsap community since 2003. They established Pacifica Medicine in Poulsbo in 2016. Since that time Dr. Sarah Rice, Dr. Charles Nelson, Dr. Gabriela Cash and Katherine Newberg, ARNP have become medical providers at Pacifica Medicine, bringing with them many years of experience in primary care medicine.
At Pacifica Medicine our medical providers offer high quality primary medical care to families and patients of all ages along with many wellness offerings not available at "normal" doctors' offices. Becoming a patient at Pacifica Medicine & Wellness means that you are joining forces with five highly experienced medical providers, all of whom are passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain health and wellness.
At Pacifica, patients will work together with their medical providers to address any and all of their health care needs and goals. All of your providers have advanced training in compassionate, evidence-based medical treatments including integrative medical practices and functional medicine. Patients will receive not only excellent primary health care, but will also have access to additional services like cosmetic therapy, health coaching, massage therapy, and weight management services. Additionally, we collaborate with Fire Dragon Acupuncture who are located across the hall from our Poulsbo office in Suite 204.

Overview
This plan is only for people who find themselves without health insurance. With this plan you contract directly with your medical provider and never receive another medical bill from Pacifica Medicine. This affordable monthly subscription gives you access to all the services offered by our medical providers but this not insurance. With this plan there are no co-pays, deductibles or hidden fees for Pacifica services. You are still responsible for lab, pathology and medication fees.
